Coaching

Clear rules for companies
In succession programmes, HR sees participants' results. In development programmes, HR only sees aggregates — individual results only if you share them. Confidential mode deletes transcripts after the report.

An assessment scenario written and validated by the ExecReady team, with its own grading criteria. Curated cases are never used for training, so they keep their validity.
