What we collect

Individual registration (waitlist): name, email, plan, target role, whether that role is your current or target role, language and the date you gave consent.

Organization contact request: name, email, job title, company, corporate group (optional), estimated number of candidates, message (optional), language and the date of consent.

What we use it for

To contact you about the ExecReady launch (waitlist) or about a commercial proposal for your organization (contact request). We do not use this data for anything else and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent, given in the registration form. You can withdraw it at any time with the "leave the waitlist" link in the waitlist confirmation email, or by writing to dpo@execready.eu.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist: until you create your ExecReady account or, if you do not, up to 12 months after registering.
• Contact requests: up to 24 months after the request is closed.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Emails are also sent and received through Cloudflare. We do not use third-party AI providers.

For now, messages sent to dpo@execready.eu and vendas@execready.eu — including the notification of each contact request — are forwarded to a Microsoft Outlook mailbox managed by the data controller.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing of your data by writing to dpo@execready.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The registration page uses Cloudflare Turnstile only for bot protection. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals, at Cloudflare, only to tell people from bots.
